the substrate is dry. im going to mist it a little and see what happens. i think they honestly might have been doa which sucks bc there is 500 of them.

that cld honestly be why,, bc they did arrive when the weather here as been around 90

I recently bought a 24 inch 12 watt red/blue grow light. i purchased it from walmart it was a last minute decision, is this grow light okay for my chameleon ? safe for her eyes etc ?

this has grown bigger on him/her since i got him. very confused bc this looks like a tarsal spur and is getting larger ???

not sure if you can tell but his stripes are almost blue,, also has small brown markings that come out more when he is sleeping. i cldnt get a good pic of his hind legs cant get my phone at the angle he is at lol also his shed is ab to fall off

the lines on his stomach turn brown when he is in his pjs. i thought he was a female for days and the more i watched him and his colors he had showed more male patterns. i am not disagreeing w you guys tho i will take more pictures

Ive noticed my cham does this thing where he stretches his neck up and his body and it seems to loosen his shed,, not sure if this is the purpose though ? he also does this about an hour after eating a hornworm if that has any relevancy. while doing this he never looks stressed and has bright...

my humidity runs a little high for him.

i have it set outside of the cage and is seems to be bringing the humidity down just fine. he is a veiled, he is also shedding right now, hes ab to be done.
