peanut butter is like crack to roaches, put a small enough dollop of some in the middle of your sticky traps out of reach and they will get stuck faster.
i wasnt being rude and this isnt a pissing contest on who cares more about chameleons. i have 4, so clearly i care. funny how one word can make someone have a bad day.
No, it should bother you though that you dont know the difference between to, too, or two. instead it bothered you more that i corrected you and decided TO re-post what i said TWO times TOO.
looks great! id put more leafy coverage, tbh. he has to be able to hide from you to feel safe. bamboo will work but there isnt much grip on it., youd be better off with vines or sticks with bark on them. sticks are free too!
you should have just let him have it. quite selfish of you really, it was attached to a bug for christ sakes! whats the big deal???? he looked like he was hungry and your finger just got in the way, casualty of war really.........
hes very skittish and is afraid of me even after over a year of owning him. he always hides sideways behind a vine or arches up and puts his arm in his side. ive never seen him drink and he wont eat when he knows im looking. oh well as long as hes happy and healthy i guess it doesnt really matter.
well, not always on the low price thing. sometimes there are nice people not looking to make a ton of money off of you. my fisher cham, bert, i got for a steal ($45) and he is an extremely healthy boy.
make sure when you are at repticon and you look at the chameleons you look really hard at them and ask a lot of questions. the reptile expos have some dealers that are trying to make problem chameleons go away for premium prices. check their sides for subcutaneous worms or weird growths anywhere...
yeah i know, but i dont think that the battery would let the illumination work. does the battery come out? also check that the pins are seated correctly in the plug on the power supply. doesnt the power pack have an led? does that light?
sucks dude, im sorry this happened. dont get discouraged. i wouldnt have given her showers seeing she was so young, maybe water got into her lungs and she was slowly drowning. i didnt read everything either but from the gurgling and popping you described it sounded like there was water in there.
also, isnt the power pack 24v? if you using a multimeter and its 24v you would use the 200v option. if you use the 20v option and theres 24v coming through it wont read it.
