Well right now for some reason she spits out the big mealworms which is weird because she always ate them just fine, I have to feed her babies and she only eating like 5 a day and she's too small to force feed her.
He's sleeping right now I'll take better photos when he wakes up, thanks for
all your help though, the other guy was just accusing me of being a bad chameleon owner because my chameleon wouldn't eat when she was a baby.
I was a first time chameleon owner and I didn't know, I'm ordering a new cage, plants, calcium and lamps today.
She wouldn't eat when I first got her I tried everyday it's NOT my fault ok?
I know this is totally off subject but, my brother has a mouse that has been constantly scratching his face and he pretty much scratched it off but, we've been giving him aloe and it's been helping.
Today he came down with the mouse in his hands and the mouse is just kind of laying on his side...
This is from chameleon academy which is a very trusted website, the guy that owns it has been working with chameleons for 40 years.
Macy will stay baby size forever so there's no need for a bigger cage, I'm NOT going to be keeping Macy in the cage that's in the picture the new cage for pixie...
So the little cage is just temporary, Macy used to have the bigger cage but since I got pixie really quickly and I didn't prepare Macy is having to live in the little cage until I get a bigger cage for pixie
I have been reading and watching the videos on chameleon academy, my mom for some reason isn't letting me buy another light fixture unless I pay for it myself, I only have enough money to either buy the bigger cage so my little chameleon can stop living in a mouse cage, or I can buy the light...
They are both veiled chameleons one is growth retarded (permanently baby size) and I just got another one last Sunday, I think she's like 3 months old according to her weight.
Macy which is the growth retarded one, I hold her pretty often I open the cage and she crawls right out I never grab her...
OMG mine is the same way except she's 13 months old and she's still a tiny green bean, she was abused by her previous owner and now she's permanently tiny.
