My cham is definitely not in a low activity area, and he is mellow as can be. I think every cham is different though, and you should pick a location that suits you first. If that does not work and your cham seems stressed, you can then move the enclosure to a quieter location. Your bedroom...
I agree with Goose, and nothing against the OP at all. It's not her fault that she works for a big company who puts profit above the well being of animals they sell. Hopefully the OP tries to take good care of the Chams and educate the new owners.

The cage looks very arid. I'm glad to see you are buying a bigger enclosure. Please consider live plants as they help a lot with humidity. I would also take that substrate out, you do not have a bio environment. I see potential problems arising from the substrate, such as mold and bacteria.
