    Bad ant problem

Terro liquid ant traps. Put them outside the cage and watch as the ants flock to it. I've been using them for years in my massive habitats to keep ants under control. I do NOT free range food items I should add. In your case I said put them outside the cage. They work wonders and I'm not...

    Green giant parsonii?

Yes!! It looked like a female except for the male nose. It had some blue to it too. The color is spot on but the skull seems a little smaller than I remember. I had no idea back then there were other locales of Parsons. I was only aware of the white lipped and orange eyes back then.

    Green giant parsonii?

Garrett, this was back in the early ninety's but I once saw an adult fully green male Parson at the wholesaler's. it was easily 90% green with some blue highlights. I thought it was a female from a distance but once I got close it was clearly a male with huge head and rostrum. Only time I ever...

What's the deal with the subreddit for chams?

Just an ignorant thing to say by one of dozens of ignorant people in this hobby. Must be cool to have a pet lizard drinking from a shot glass. Kinda like how I'd see people come to the pet store to purchase a red tail boa or a ball python for a rock concert (We never sold an animal to those...

    Chameleons and people

My wife owns three cats. So how do I keep my chameleons safe? Do the cats just leave them alone? Well to start with, Carlton is one of the best keepers on the site. Good info when she decides to give some and I agree with her words. My Chams are in a room the cats have been trained to stay...

My male does not use his tongue

The glass tank for a hospital cage is fine salty dog when dealing with a weak animal like in that photo. The OP is asking about tongue issues. I may be one of the only ones around who can talk about this in depth. I was told about this topic and asked to come post despite my lack of interest...

Chameleon "experts" (and to those looking for a first time chameleon)

UUUUHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhhhhhhhh. If she has collectibles and you already have 8ft worth of tanks...I could see why she is reluctant to cede space to you. Sounds like you either lose the tanks for Parson or you build a green house outback.

Start out with a young one, get the Atrium from Dragon Strand. Then like I described in my huge post, get another one later and add on to the original cage. She might go for that

Apologies. Usually that sentence translates into "omg! I just found one I want!" among many hobbyists.

Oh HELL no! You're the lover of Panthers, Veiled , and Jacksons. YOU can keep saving the noobs one chameleon at a time. I'm just the destroyer of FaceBook experts and reddit wannabes while throwing flaming cowpies at them. I wouldn't even be bothering with forums and people if it wasn't for you...

    US Looking for Parsons

Just go talk to Garrett. He breeds them. I paid a lot more for my CBH baby Parson however than $800. Worth every penny to buy it from a breeder in the US.

It's junk. I've had two and both fell apart internally within a year of constant use. My Mist Kings under the same usage are now going on five years without any maintenance. Some expert you are! :ROFLMAO:
