If I want to go away for the weekend how would I leave the setup with food and lighting? I already have the humidity and water taken care of. Is it ok if I just leave on the lights while I'm gone? Or is it better if I just bring him in a small container and bring the whole habitat with me?

Im about to get my first Jackson. I'm wondering what kind of fake plants are good? Also if I get branches from outside can I use them without them rotting if I boil the branches and kill most of the bacteria? That's two questions please Lmk of you have good info. Thanks.
