He has been out more today....he hid in the plants yesterday for most of the day and all night. He discovered the basking spot today. I also got him to eat 3-4 small crickets so that's a good sign.
Thanks.....I started to do something else besides concrete to get the correct slope....thought about descending wood shims, caulk, etc. Ended up going with concrete.
Yeah, I'm already thinking of more ways of automation
The ST-24 allows you to set times/dates/duration for misting....like right now I programmed mine for 6:28am, 3pm, and 9:01pm for a 1 minute duration. On the HT-24 you set parameters (day, night) for your target humidity level, and it will mist until it reaches that level. Let's say you want...
I recently ordered a MistKing and got the HT-24 instead of the ST-24. I would try to return it but I threw the box away. Still has the instructions though.
Thought I would try to do a nice thing (for a change) and send it to someone who might be interested. Free......best deal I can do, take...
Well, finally it is ready!!! I'm not going to say "it's done" because I usually have something else to add/change. This was a fun project for the most part.....more involved than I figured but I always get a little carried away. I have a couple of plants to add to the bottom right...
Added a 48 inch grow light . Put some shelving on the bottom to get the pots off the floor. Moved the manzanita tree off center and switched plants left and right.
This weekend I will hook up the MistKing and decorate the interior......also need to clean the front glass.
