    Sounds great. You'll have to water often if you keep it near the top, near the lights. Mine have always done best between halfway and 3/4 from the top of the enclosure.

    Not likely. Seen it happen too many times. I'm not saying perlite is good, but any well hydrated chams will just chew it up and pass it.
