when i shower my veiled's i have a smaller mesh tank that i put in the shower and then i have the shower head pointing to a big piece of plastic leaned up against the shower wall, that I've washed off (unless your shower is incredibly clean aka no soap scum don't aim against the shower wall) and...

That's crazy haha id probably think the same thing and tare my room apart.

could it be due to shedding? or maybe a shower is needed, or just a good misting? I've never seen this problem but those are the things i would try. id recommend going to a vet. or if anyone else has any ideas?

have u looked threw the cage to make sure he really didn't get out? maybe hes good at hiding or he really is a magician and u need to start checking your house asap

i agree it does look like a damaged layer of pigment cells, its weird how its in spots, the only other time i saw a pic of this was more like a lineish oval, was after a serious burn. Usually when this happens its caused by something no? could have been a burn could have been a bite do u mate...

nice pic! yeah i agree get a scale its so much easier i just got one with a bowl on top i put a stick across it calibrate it and then put them on and weigh
