As already said, Loews and Home Depot are great places to find these plants. When you need to change the soil, you can usually purchase organic soil from the these places too.

    random open mouth?

Is that happening when she is under her basking spot? If so, thats normal as it is there way to ventilate and cool down a bit. If its elsewhere in the cage and in cooler areas it may be signs of respiratory infection.

    Mouth Issues and Lethargic Behavior

Safe plants to use are ficus (ficus benjamina) , pothos vines, umbrella plant (Schefflera Arboricola), and hibiscus. Mouth Issues and Lethargic Behavior

Definitely get him back into the reptibreeze, losing their nails is something that can't always be prevented. Also provide some more cover in the form of live plants this will help to boost the humidity levels. Live plants hold a higher humidity than fake when provided with daily mistings.

    Insect Identification

They are so small I dont think a quality picture is possible. They seem to have an elongated shape and have wings. If it helps, a couple of days ago I went to remove a dead cricket from the substrate and a bunch of these insects came out when I picked it up.
