hi all i recently (2 days ago)purchased a baby noseybe from lll reptiles in calif and he showed up with one eye closed ?how do i fix him

i have a 6 month old sambava female and she seems to have dimmensia ,falling from the vines and grabbing the front leg with the back one, its real sad and i dont have a clue what to do?any help would be great i took her to the vet but i dont think they know to much about chams

there is an over the counter supplament for chams now i read about it here about a month ago but i cant find it anymore it was called reptomin or something like that it is given with a hypadermic needle ? where might i find it ?
