Same thing happened with Cleo when I got her last month. The temps were in the mid 20's and she got delayed a few hours because of the snowy weather at that time. I thought the same thing so I held her near her bask light and breathed on her and within a min her eyes popped open and she has...
I used thumbtacks to secure the branches, I just tacked them through the screen int he aluminum. It provides a nice and steady support too. You can also try zip ties, twist ties, I think I read folks even trying hot glue.
Yeah I can't imagine those being good, but I don't know for sure. The Wisconsin DNR has started a war with them because of the damage they do to trees. When I go out fishing I can find trees just loaded with them to the point its creepy!
Hahaha yeah good stories here. One night when Samson was in his free range he was sleeping on a pothos vine, there was a dried out leaf near him and he would slide down a little now and then when he was asleep and make the leaf rustle, it scared the crap out of me as I thought he was going to...
My adult gets one everyweek. Just as long as the water temp isnt too hot I bet it could turn into an enjoyable time for your cham. Mine sits and chills and drinks too, usually poos then he has had enough and its back to the free range. You will just want to make sure you have a nice plant for...
Mike your chams movements sound just like mine! I have to put him in the shower once a week to get him to poop or I believe he just won't lol. I know what you mean though, when Samson goes his poops and urates are pretty big, today he went and half his urate was white and the other half was...
I have a 4' Ficus that I put Samson in and then into the shower. He loves it, I can tell when he has had enough because he gets very restless and starts trying to climb up the wall and off his plant.
Title says it all, gotta get ready for my next addition so if you have a cage this size laying around extra, shoot me a PM. I would love to take it off your hands for a good price + shipping costs. Thanks a ton!
Ahh if you drip into your plant your are going to want to make sure that the pot itself has good drainage so water doesn't build up in the soil and overwater the plant and kill it. Most folks mix up a little sand at the bottom part of the planter to aid in this.
I like Miner-all. I use both right now. Miner-all O everyday with the 2 Rep-Cal products 2 times a month. The Miner-all is a lot stickier I noticed and it is less concentrated than the Rep-Cal products so you are less likely to overdose.

So I think it's time I prepare a laying bin for Cleopatra. She is going to be 5 months at the end of this week and her weight as of yesterday was 13.1g. She is still pretty small but I just want to make sure everything is there if she needs it. She is my first female so I don't know what to...

What's up man. I'm a little north of you in Wausau. I currently have 2 panther chams: Samson is my male, he is 12 month old Sambava and I also have Cleopatra she's a 4 month old Ambanja. Although I am new to the game and have only kept them for about 5 months now.
I ordered worms from...
Yeah that is what I do, there are a few concerns though. One being that it needs to be cleaned once a week or it starts to get slimy and grow algea. The second is that you have more water evaporation so you go through water more, not a big deal if you have a big reservoir, but my gallon one...
