I placed them today but I think my Chami's laid them like 2 weeks ago

Will is it too late to change them to hatchright or is it okay to keep them on Hatch'em?

I am using Hatch'em gravel that I got from my reptile store.

I have a temperature gun but I test it out and its about 2-3 degrees less than what the Gun says. I covered the containers just incase if the humity is too low, its better to be higher than low, correct?
