I asked the same question a while back someone said that the 10.0 is ok it just reaches deeper in the cage. But the 5.0 is enough cause your chameleon will chill at the top of the cage anyways. 5.0 is cheaper too :D

We had a great time meeting and talking everyone!! Can't wait to try my roaches and butter worms tomorrow!!! And can't wait for my praying mantis eggs to hatch!
