Yes, these 2 got huge! They're the same 2 I've posted pics of in the process of pupating. I hope they make it. I'd love some baby hornworms from them in the next few weeks.... Which brings up a question @Nursemaia do you know if they're hermaphroditic(spelling?) or what? I'm in the process of...
I hope so. I'm about to move this little container to my big reptile tank tonight and put a pothos in it. Would a cup of sugar water work or what would you recommend?
Ok update: my 2 are still alive and moving! I mist them everyday, and today came home and the bottom one(pic attached) had moved. When I misted them the top one started to kinda wiggle. (y)(y)
Bottom one almost looks like the black spots on this side are starting get bigger and maybe split...
She's def an RN, just my opinion!! I'm a surgical scrub, which means no matter what, if it requires surgical intervention I'll be there having every possible instrument ready for the doc, and my RN will be right there ready.....
Update: I don't think they tried it. Such picky little boogers...the peppers aren't hot at all, very sweet! But today they appear to be shriveled and lifeless.... They don't even like collard greens. Sheesh.... :cautious:
This post had me laughing the whole time. Thanks for sharing! My female has yet to drop a duece where she eats but I find it everywhere else. Mainly her laying bin, and I tell her how dare you crap where your (non fertile) babies will lay?!? Good luck with your fetish-driven male...haha! Jk jk...
Mine have moved some since I seperated them. Nearly everyday I'd come home from work and they'd be in different spots. I don't think they've moved the past 2 days but they seem to still be changing. What looks like their wings are more defined so fingers crossed, they're still alive! I figure...
I happen to work with ophthalmologists and we stress the importance of taking lutein/eye vitamins to help 'slow progression' of eye disease, mainly macular degeneration. As far as I know there are no studies as far as reptiles. Who knows if macular degeneration affects an animal. That would be...
Wow, they're both amazing. That first pic has a look like "yeah I'm awesome, so what, wanna fight about it?!" Other pic is green and simply gorgeous. They're both simply amazing. Congrats, is what it boils down to!!! (y):)
I've had several off of this plant and they're not hot at all. They are kinda sweet, very good, taste like bell peppers basically. None have gotten any bigger than this one
I'm guessing they're a type of hybrid bell pepper? Same shape yet mini sized.
