Hi all,
I know I haven’t posted anything in a while, I’ve been a little busy with work. I just want to share some important news. Today is the first day that charmeleon has actually climbed onto my hand. I was doing my daily routine, turning on his light, refilling the mister, and feeding. I...
Oh, and as for the sticks, I just find mine outside, or cut me off a safe tree and clean them. If you live close to a beach you could always find some driftwood, but I would take extra precautions since you never know what parasites could be living at the beach
Hi, I believe that picture you used is from an article about chameleon cage setup, the black stuff is what I believe to be pond foam. Here’s the articar that I think that came from:

Congratulations on your first hand feeding! It’s funny because today’s also the day my little Cham decided to hand feed today too, I got before and after pictures, but I didn’t get an action shot. Your Cham is absolutely beautiful by the way.

Hey guys, I’m back again with another question. What are the common signs of dehydration for veiled chameleons. Since I got him on Tuesday I haven’t seen him drink once. I have the reptirain and it goes off every hour for 60 seconds. Additionally, I spray him for about 2-3 minuets every morning...
Lol, I guess great minds think alike. I’ve found that just putting your hand in the cage without getting to close to him, or moving around too much helps him get used to you.
