I have not yet, I usually wait for them to settle in before I take them to the vet. I don't want to over stress them .

Yes they were imports and I got them from reptilepetsdirect.

I've been waiting to get a pair and I finally had my chance to get them. My pair is marvelous and in pristine condition for being wild caught! Enjoy They're both eating and doing well. Edit: for some reason the pics are blurry i'll see i can't get some better ones.
