well i dont live anywhere close to the woods and the only time ive seen termites is like 10 years ago after it rained. and all i got are flies in the trash which one flew in the cage before while i was cleaning and my cham ate it lol.
i read somewhere that if you catch wild bugs you have to beware if they ate things with insecticide or something like that and that's like impossible to tell. and dont some bugs carry diseases or parasites as well? but i have been meaning to ask this for a long time but are earthworms ok?? :D
well my current budget only allows me to get crickets locally. but im working on silkworms and hornworms. but i will never intentionally put roaches in my house.:eek:

ive had him for about a week. the guy i got him off of said he was born on 5/11/11. but whatever. im not that much concerned about the age or coloration. only that he's healthy and happy.
is missing its food once or twice per feeding considered a tongue problem? i feed mine large crickets and from what it looks like, it looks more like the cricket might be a bit big, but not too big. i feed him 5 large crickets every day. he's about 1yr. dust calcium every other feeding. d3 twice...
is it because the veil is not tall like the typical male? i heard if it gets too close to the basking lamp and burns the veil it could stunt the growth. but he doesnt look anything injured or abnormal.
