Thank you everyone for the kind comments about my boys! They all have a very "healthy" appetite, I have a hard time holding out on them but they really don't get many treats. Crickets and dubia for the most part, although, Stanley does get a bite or two of strawberry on occasion!

Hey Matt, sounds like yoyve already gotten lots of good advice! Better late than never I guess??? ☺️ I just buy Quaker Oats and wheat bran, it's on the baking goods isle at Kroger, mix a bit and add my meal or super worms to it. It needs to be spruced up a bit at times, the oats are munched...
