On average i use 2 types a week one week they'll get butter, one roaches, one silkworms, crix what ever is on the menu that week my stable food is usually crix or silkworms

Edema is a symptome of other things that are wrong, kidny isuues, under/over supplementing are the most common causes if you see edema you have to look into your care as someting is wrong. If that is not an injury causing the swelling i would guess gout as well. here is another link...
