thank you. I purchased it unsexed from a beginning breeder. Was hoping it was a male because of the vibrant turquoise but someone here told me it was female ( still hoping it was sexed wrong lol).
I ran across that picture yesterday. me and my girlfriend were amazed at the colors. especially those purple cheeks and blue! such a beautiful female. can babies not show a bulge at first but develop one as it grows? I hope i have a colorful female out of the two
yes its the same animal. So it is typical for a female to show very vibrant green/ turquoise (picture does no justice for color)? i agree with you about the bulge, I didnt see one either but im not experienced at sexing. Thanks for your help
Hello all, i recently picked up 2 small panthers. One shows traits of a female (lots of peach and tans), but the other shows green/turquoise bars all day long. these are my first panthers and would like help sexing the one with the bars. thank you all so much. let me know if more pictures are needed
Just got home with my new little buddies. Took advantage of picking up these two babies at an amazing price. so excited to see their colors come in!!! Got them in the same enclosure, and seem to love it. ambient temps are 70's and basking spot is 82-85. If thats to high please let me know. it is...

I have a female jacksons cham. Have had her for about a month now and she is doing great. the basking spot should be around the low 80s' (should never go beyond 85). Ambient temps should be 65f(bottom on enclosure)- 75f ( below basking). That way they can climb to were they feel comfortable...
what kind of panther is this? i was told he is a "red bar/blue bar" mix but that was it. Thank you and happy holidays to you, your family, and chameleons.
Thats what im hoping. I will be so happy if its a male, and even happier if both are males. Having the brother and sister would be awesome also though. The green color is what gave me the impression that its a male also. It looks really vibrant.
I KNOW!!!!!! im hope out of the pair that one is a male. They were born between late September and early october, so that makes them 2-3 months old. Hope some one is experienced enough to be able to guess their sex off of just these pictures since its all I have. I just hope I dont get bashed...
I personally use one with my female jacksons. She seems to be doing fine. It does have to be at a higher distance than t8's though so there isnt a accidental burn on the cham. someone told me the reasons alot of people are against these bulbs is that the UV doesnt cover as much of the cage as...
