Superworms I found were the easiest. You can hold crickets by there back legs but its a little tougher. You dont have to feed superworms all the time as they are fatty, but it will get them used to your hand. Superworms wiggle alot and they like them.
He is about 5 to 5 and a half months old and yes he has some blues/turquoise in him. here is a pic and the camera doesnt do him any justice. And he still has a while to grow into his big boy colors.
