not for long... mine did the same and now he tries to bite the hand but when i get him onto my arm he seems to calm down. wait till he hits 6 months or so....
i have a six month old veiled chameleon and i wanted to know how to feed him greens like grapes. how do I get him interested in them? I have a bunch a grapes so any tips would be appreciated.
just remember you get what you pay for when you order a cham. Preferably i would want the bloodlines and although it is relatively cheaper from lllreptile you are not guarenteed the color of the panther later on in life.....
it depends how you are feeding him. most will say to start in a small cage, and then move up to a bigger one. I think as long as you have a feeder cup and he is eating and drinking you should be fine.
thanks for the advice, i will try getting a pair of gloves and see how he reacts. Panthers do seem a little less tempered and veileds are natorious for being meany uhh.. tails ( i guess since they dont where pants)
i tried that but i think i will try gloves, hes 6.5 months old and he seems to have and attitude, but its only when i stick my hand near him. If my finger is outside the cage when he is by the screen and my finger is less than a inch away he doesnt care, so I know its a territory thing.
i lost mine to while i was cleaning his cage. i put him in the shrub and when i was done it looked at the plant and no chameleon. i then looked at the brick wall and up the wall was the little rat. it only took about five minutes to find him, but a couple of weeks would have me freaked. how does...
