Hello i was wondering if baby panther chameleons can eat worms i know they Shouldn't eat meal worms or should they only eat crickets and also is it ok to feed them small crickets i find outside

I was wondering if night bulbs are ok for chameleons

Were they small because when i went to see what size they had there was no small size i just dont want to order them and when i get them to be too big

Can someone help me with my humidity i spray my chameleons cage 4 to 3 time's a day and it never goes higher then 20% to i need to put hotish water in the spray bottle.
