    Stay positive, as they are truly unique. There are plenty of people out there who will appreciate them. Ousties are VERY popular in my area [Hampton Roads : Tidewater area]. Even our zoo has them on display. I will talk to my friend who breeds ousties and ask if interested. He seemed intrigued...

    Basking bulb burned out this morning

    I use the small oven / fridge bulbs: 25w for summer and 40w for winter. Might be hard to find, as there aren't any lizard pics on the package. :D

    Definitely a female, and by her coloring could possibly be ready to lay more eggs soon. She is non receptive.
