That definitely sounds frustrating!! I feel you therrr though, I have bought like 5 different lights before I got the right basking light for my boy. I might as welll make it easy on myself this time and get the recommended 🙃 lol!!

got a new 50w heat lightbulb for Spike , and removed the CHE (change not shown) does anyone have some good recommendations for plant grow lights?? 🦖

He is starting to shed but his colors are starting to show more and more! He is just getting settled in it’s been about a week since we got him

Thank you! Yes we have a ceramic heating bulb right now but that is because we weren’t able to find a halogen bulb, so the light bulb is an LED which I know doesn’t put any heat out, I am working on getting a halogen bulb that we can swap so it will produce heat but I’m not sure where to get one...

Thank you guys for this amazing group. Wanted to show off my new veiled cham, Spikes, home. He is four years old and we just brought him home about a week ago. He has been settling in okay , and has started to shed which I am nervous about but hoping he will do great!! Just hung some new plants...

Gotcha thank you! Just tried to feed him a cricket without d3 and so far he hasn’t shown an interest in it. He just began his shed so I imagine it will be a few days before he is eating normal again but I will definitely track his eating on the calendar we got in the meantime. And I’ll look into...

I also believe he is starting to shed so he doesn’t have much appetite sadly right now.
