I would say it all depends on how far you have bulb away from basking area. If you have a low watt bulb too far away from basking area/branch or vine you wont have too much heat in that area. That being said you dont want it too close to leave burns on your little one either. So I suggest you...

Hello I have a 3 month old Veiled and I was just wondering, how much calcium is too much?I dust my crickets with Rep-Cal without D3 everytime I feed my chameleonor every other time? And how often do I use calcium with D3 and also Rep-Cal Heptivite multivitamins? Thanks:)
