Here are a couple of Pics of My Jacksons outside. he is by far and away the coolest pet I have ever...
I am not as experienced as some, and I don't want to give bad advice, however, I have a Jacksons and the only way to keep the humidity up in his cage is with an ultrasonic humidifier which is basically a fogger. i also have a mist king and my little guy is thriving. he loves to stand in the...
My Jackson just switched to dubias and he loves them. I also think he is happier with them. I can feed 3 dubias and he is good where as i was feeding 6 to 8 crickets and he looked for more. I really think they are great feeders. However the are nothing but icky!!!!
Nice job on bracing the front of the cut out. I tried with a milk jug and a windshield bottle but the plastic was too flimsy. You found a nice workaround for that. I found a plastic pitcher at Walmart that had nice thick plastic that was only 2 bucks so I used that. I glued some fake plant...
I Love the all time low! The radio station I listen to that plays that type of music is changing formats to News/Talk. So I don't know where to get my new music fix:(
Ok, I guess I am not as old as I thought. If you had said bad @$$ I would have recognized that:) besides that being spanked by Laurie might not be so bad:cool::cool::eek::eek:
If you plugged the pump into the power with no timer then the pump should run. It can pull water up to one meter without being primed so maybe you just need to let it run and get primed. If not then check for some kind of blockage in the lines
I have found that my cage is leaking so i would like to seal the bottom. Right now I have a home made enclosure that has 3/4 inch plywood covered with vinyl tiles on the bottom. So I would like to caulk the floor with silicone caulk to keep the water from puddling on the floor outside the cage...
If it is the Reptile City out of Honey Grove Texas, then no they have not been bought out by lll Reptiles. i just spoke to the owner there not too long ago.
I think that a year constitutes that the statute of limitations has run out. It should not have taken a year to realize the mistake. I think you are being more than generous with your offer. Even Walmart won't give a refund after three weeks. Live animal sales are as is. This buyer is scamming...
Ding Ding Ding, We have a winner. I sent the seller a message and asked what they would charge, and he threw in 6 of them for free!!!! WooHoo :D Thanks for the tip chamlover
OK I have got my heating pad, my container with the screen glued in the top, and my roaches are being shipped. The question I have is where do you get the egg crate stuff I see for crickets?
Elizadolots, I did a little more research and found this. http://hawaiideptland.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/hawaiideptland.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=244&p_created=1024693793&p_topview=1 it answers the question quite thoroughly.
See the over supplementing thing is what I had heard as well so I was afraid to do calcium every day. I am however understanding now that over supplementing is more about D3 than calcium.
well the owner of the chameleon said it was, and my research shows most Jackson in the pet trade come from there. here is a thread about it.
