I'm not sure if that's suppose to be sarcastic or not. But that's already a law that's been passed. By 2012 you can't legally sell/buy incandescent bulbs anymore. You can stock up on it though till the end of 2011.
Edit:
I looked it up, and it's actually by 2014 any light bulb that isn't 30%...
small spiders - I wouldn't cause they could hurt your cham
little black ants - I would think they would become a problem. Some members have posted on ant infestations killing off their feeders.
mantids - aren't they a little expensive for a feeder?
grass hoppers - I've seen pics of European...
Oh ok. Thanks for the info. I keep mine in an all screen cage with the sides covered. They've been kept outside since I got them earlier this month. I live in the mountains/hills so they get a lot of wind, sun and shade.
Oh I was under the impression that most motane species were kept in a screen cage with the side covered. I understand the need of air flow due to the constant watering and humidity. Should I be doing something differently with my fischers?
Also montane species are just chameleons that live...
You could use that for a montane species with very little modification. If you want a panther of veiled you might need to cut the sides out and screen it.
I've done that before as well. My male panthers tail got caught as I was closing his cage he gaped and hissed at me. When I realized what I had done, I just quickly opened the door without thinking it through. Good thing nothing bad happened to him. I think it's kind of cute that Lily is in tune...
That's an old article (1998, but still kind of relevent). Exotics are still being smuggled into the US, but some of the prices and species on that article are not so relevent any more. Burmese star tortoises, Indian star tortoises, Boelen's pythons, Timor pythons, and green tree pythons all have...
Yeah and you know what else is funny. The exotic animals that this bill is targeting aren't exactly the types of pets that an owner readily abandons and releases into the wild. How many stray chameleons (and/or exotics) running lose are there compared to the stray and abandoned dogs and cats in...
Color wise, I would say Ambanja. Kind of reminds me of Todnedo's ambajas (I think he has some of the best looking ones). As far as physical characteristics, such as rostal scales and snout lenght, I have no clue. You've got a beautiful cham none the less.
I always wondered about that too. I thought it was weird that some online care sheets say they don't drink stagnant water and then state that they drink dew/water off leaves and flowers in the wild. I've seen my chams drink/lick/lap water of leaves, hibiscus flowers, and even water on their vines.
Well between those three choices, it's really up to two things: 1. your color preference and 2. what you're willing to pay for a (first) cham. My first was a Nosy mitsio because I like their color scheme. It sounds like you would actually like an Ambanja better though. I think they have the more...
Adcham.com also just posted a DIY cage buidling page. Here's a link:

Hope that helps.
