I live in Harrisburg, Arkansas. Jonesboro is the biggest area and closest too me. I have super worms in her cage as well in a bowl and she ignores them too. It took her about a week to shed and I thought she might come out of her slump from the vet, to shedding, and being wormer for five days...

Loretta is having a good day! This morning I did away with injecting the feeders and was able to hold her, use a q-tip (I seriously love this forum and the information I get), and give it to her in her mouth. She was more than willing to open her mouth to hiss at me after making her bite a q-tip...

Thank you! I've just grown very attached to her and want the best. I'm very upset about the entire vet situation and with her eye, then the day sleeing, and having to inject insects has me on the verge of a melt down lol.

She ate some crickets with wormer in them this afternoon. I'm hoping that's why she feels yucky and was napping. Does shedding making her feel bad? How long does it normally take an eye to heal and look normal?

I think so too. We've been home now for a bit and she still hasn't calmed down enough to go to normal coloration. I'm just hoping he didn't injur her mouth and make her forever afraid of people because she has been easy to handle.
