It's sad that I didn't even realize what day it was until now, I wrote 9/11 down all day and it didn't register until now. How quickly we forget.....now I remember and all the sadness comes rushing back to me. I feel pain for those who lost someone they loved and for those who are still loosing...
You know when I first looked for a plant I went to 5 diffrent stores, nobody had any of the commonly reccomended plants but then when I went back a few weeks later every store was stocked with them! Maybe check again, or call around, a nursery might be able to order something for you.
yeah its a leopard gecko. Even if the bite doesnt hurt it still freaky to have something biting you! Is thier a way to calm it down so I can get it into its little container and get it out of here!
p.s. the scream is really creepy, your lucky you havent heard it, it sounds like a person! *shiver*
Ok so I'm babysitting my friends gecko and it SCREAMED at me!! It also tried to bite me but I avoided it, do they have teeth?
I didn't know they could scream, how creepy! I actaully contemplated getting a gecko instead of another cham because thier easier but after seeing that, I'm so glad this...
cainschams- That female is really pretty, you just never see any pics like that, where did u get her from?
BTW I am definatly getting CB, if they don't have any I will wait until they do, I don't want to be disappointed again either!
The next one I get is gonna live and be healthy and happy...
So those of you that have read some of my posts know I've had a little bad luck starting out in chameleons. I'd like to go to the Sacramento Reptile show and get a new one (take out the stress and danger of shipping) Problem:
I so dont even know what I want. Thats mostly why I want to go to the...
Do you guys think thier will be a good variety of Chams here or is it gonna be a smaller, just vields and panthers kind of thing? I want to go but if I get another cham its probably gonna be a smaller species. Just want to make sure the trip is worth its price in gas
I like the smaller chams better but of veilds and panthers, I just have to say that panthers seem much more beautiful in color and personality. Plus that 'mohawk' thing on veilds.....I just dont get it, before you get angry I still like them both but one vote for panthers for me.
Sorry to hear about your cham. I know how quickly you can get attached :(
It's so hard to be chamless after you've had one in your life. Maybe you'll have better luck going to that reptile show, I know thats what I'm hoping.
Update-Cameron has dibbs for being closest (and helpfulest). Sorry guys, really didn't want to have to take it apart, and I threw away the box it came in so I'd have to get a new one
Side Note:
It's on sale at LLL Reptiles right now, for only like 10 more bucks then I wanted, You...
Good choice on finding a good breeder. Believe me, I would rather be without a cham, or have to wait an extra month or 2 then get one from some unknown website person. Learn from others mistakes!
Selling NEW screen cage, only had for a few days. Bought from, LLL reptile.
Prefer to sell locally, inside Bay Area, may be willing to 'meet you half way'.
$45- already assembled
