    Mealworms; Pupae stage

    some (well quiet a bit) of our mealworms have hit the pupae stage, which im told is the mating/egg laying stage. but they dont move... how are they breeding if they just lay there and wiggle and cant move or see? how do we know if they bred, laid eggs, and what do the eggs look like?

    i moved last year :/ i now live in Pennsylvania. but i am going to the reptile show in Pittsburgh next month. never went while i was in memphis. where are you from?

    fertile????

    chams can hold sperm. and lay a second set of fertile eggs. so if she was bread and laid good eggs it is possible for her to lay more fertile. as stated above in the other post if they are infertile then they will wrinkle and go moldy in a few weeks
