yes it is. we put it on the bugs at almost every feeding because he eats so little. before, when he was eating just fine, 3x a week.

He has a T5 5.0 UVB lamp. Here is his repashy supplement. He recently started chasing some bugs around his enclosure earlier today. Now he's at the tope getting soem water.

my mom tried to feed our 1 1/2 year old panther cham and it was a little bit late, so his lights were off and he was sleeping at the front of his cage. my mom quietly put the bugs in their container and clearly startled him so he jumped and it was about a 3 foot drop from his cage to the floor...

Yes! of course! It also has to do with the breeder! You don't want to get an unhealthy reptile from a well known brand name as they force breed many of these poor creatures!
