Does anyone have experience with shipping feeders, (hornworms, superworms) in very cold weather? I've been wanting to order some feeders but seems like i have to wait until summer.

Those dimensions should be fine but keep in mind that the GSF will take away some space. Sounds cool though keep us updated! (Personally, I wish I had a custom 2'x3'x4' for maximum viewing potential but maybe that's just me!)
Well the lights are inside the viv? The UV might be too much for him being that close/ he can't regulate the amount of exposure he getting. Maybe its time to upgrade the enclosure or put the UV and heat externally from the cage?
If you use a cheap 40 mm pc fan it will work but can be a little noisy. Splice a 12v output plug like a phone charger and be sure they're rated the same. You can also get a fan controller, I've always wanted to try these. They can power 4 fans individually and has a cool LED look!:)...

I've personally asked Allen this same question, and perhaps he'll see this and chime in just in case I get it wrong. Calcium plus is Supervite mixed with calcium. The Vitamin D level in Cal plus is actually D3, it just has something to do with labeling...
So I know everyone says it is an all-in-one supplement, but I just purchased a bottle and starting reading the ingredients...
All it says is "Vitamin D supplement", and nowhere does it say Vitamin D3 :confused:
Can anyone confirm that there is in fact Vit D3 in it?

So I've been meaning to try these bulbs but apparently they don't make/ I can't find any sizes to fit my light fixtures...
I have a 24" fixture holding a 18" bulb and a 30" fixture holding a 24" bulb.
Do they design these bulbs only to fit their Zoomed terrarium hoods to handle the higher...
So my Veiled will only drink water when I use the spray bottle to gently spray him in the mouth. It was cool at first but now he refuses to drink from the drippers anymore. He will stare at it, sometimes getting real close, but then he gives up and waits for me to spray him.

I think they are tent caterpillars which are not edible.
I caught some and left them in my car for some time until I found out what they were but unfortunately they got out......... it was havoc! :mad::mad::mad:
