    B. thamnonbates ID and Seller

I've never done business with him, but have contacted him about animals he had for sale previously. He would not take PayPal or any form of payment that offered any protection to the buyer, so I walked away. Chris

    Brookesia ID

This is a Brookesia ebenaui and appears to be a female. This is a very difficult species to build a group of and males are extremely difficult to find. There is an export quota of them, but they rarely (if ever) come in when they are ordered, and tend to only show up occasionally as a mislabeled...

    Bradypodion thamnobates

It wasn't as much of a falling out as it was that Atmosphere Chameleons owes Chameleons International >$12,000 and now refuses to provide the animals they've been under contract to provide for over 3 years. After 2 years of having Chameleons International's money and not being able to ship out...

    Anthony's chameleon watercolors

Yeah, they've been selling pretty quickly. It is interesting seeing how his technique has changed over the years. Some of it I like better and some of it I preferred before. Definitely has his own style though. Chris

Any one know how many people have hatched these????

Very nice! Great job! There are no older records (pre-1995 ban) I am aware of for hatching this species in captivity, although a few, including Ken Kalisch, did get eggs. Definitely not a species that has been hatched many times since the ban either. How many more are in the clutch and how long...

How far does one tube of silicone go? Anybody use the GE brand still?

Doing the back wall of an 18"x18"x24" Glass Terrarium, I think it usually takes me just over two tubes to do the 18"x24" area. I use the GE Clear Silicone I and I make sure I don't get the stuff for bathrooms and showers, but the one for windows and trim. Chris

    Kenyan Highland Chameleons

Definitely slight differences in morphology and coloration, but also from an area that is somewhat isolated from other populations. Its not completely isolated though from what I can tell, but neither are T. j. jacksonii from T. j. xantholophus on Mt. Kenya. Yeah, The gular pouch project is a...

    Kenyan Highland Chameleons

And finally, these last images are of High-casqued Chameleons (Trioceros hoehnelii) and Jackson's Three-horned Chameleon (Trioceros jacksonii jacksonii) from a locality I've been asked to keep quite, as the individual who gave the location to me believes that the T. jacksonii are a new...

    Kenyan Highland Chameleons

Hi all, I've been away from the forum for a bit due to field work, teaching commitments and some home repair projects that have eaten up all my spare time. I thought I would share some images of some chameleons I found last month while teaching a Field Ecology course in Kenya, however. These...
