Yes and no. Yes putting a ban stopped the over sporting and exporting. But Madagascar at the same time is destroying their habitats. Who knows how many countless species have gone extinct due to deforestation. One with out the other does them no good.

Have you tried using a small light to make sure theyre actually developing? They can go a long time and not mold or shrivel, if ever. Ive seen females lay successful clutches months before they died of old age.
