You could look for a showerpan to use for the base of the cage, since you're custom building. Not sure you can find one that's 4' by 2', but it's probably worth looking online. That would definitely make drainage much easier.
You could also check home depot for plants. All of them near me sell indoor plants, and pothos are pretty popular there. You'll also find a ficus from time to time.

I'll echo with Syreptyon said, mealworms are a nono, and your Cham would very much appreciate more cover and places to climb in the cage, along with a mister. Given the light fixture, I'm also guessing you have a spiral type UVB bulb, which don't work nearly as well as the linear bulbs.
