i ended up zip tying all my branches to one main log. The zip ties are ugly and dont hold everything together as well as i am satisfied with so im taking it apart.wow all great suggestions! i might have to use a combination of all of them haha thanks everyone!:D
im currently re furnishing my 4x2x2 enclosure and i have a whole bunch of sand blasted branches as well as some "wc";) branches. i have no idea what to do with them so my adult veiled can bask and climb on them. i dont want to lean the heavy branches against the cage and damage the screen...
yea you probably should lay off the handling esp if its only a little guy. chameleons get stressed easily when being handled, i have a veiled and only take him out to deal with cleaning the cage and what not. when you have a big enough cage you might want to throw a dwaf umbrella and plothos...
alaska(my male veiled) usually hangs out at the top of the cage and used to cling on to the top and sit directly under the hood housing my compact florescent 5.0 so i went out and bought a new one
ok so i just bought an 18'' 5.0 uvb light for my 4'x2'x2' cage is this appropriate?
i think you should just make a drip bottle and have it drip onto a pothos plant so it gets watered as well. how do you keep the humidity up and also how do you supply your cham with uvb? hand how do you feed it for that matter?
