well im sorry but it isnt a gracilior, this is quad quad. You can easilly check if they are and they are only gracilior if they have red nails on their paws. if they dont what it seems to be here if i look at the photo than they arent gracilior but just regular quadricornis quadricornis...

thats what there stands, but there is one way to overdose and that is with pure drops of d3. but with powdering and gutloading its impossible.

Im using vit-all from sticky tongue en the sticky tongue miner-all indoor and outdoor. mixing the in and outdoor for every feeding and gutload my feeding animals with vit-all and a diversity of fruit en vegetables. that should do it for you too.
