I hate those things, you cant even leave lights on or they coat the doors and windows. lots of stores have to keep the lights outside out and inside dim at night to keep them from swarming, so they need large signs saying they are open.
I use canadian silworms, but sometimes they are out of stock, I just found out this guy is in the same city as me so I am going to try him out, hopefully its cheap shipping since im so close.
Hi, I have had 3 panther chameleons for about a month now, which would make them about 3.5 to 4 months old (they are from different breeders, and different locales) I have a male and female maroansetra and a male ambanja. The male maroansetra is growing much faster then the other 2, but they are...
Well they just about all hatched out now, but I have no idea how to feed this many tiny silkworms! Right now I have pieces of the chow placed about the petri dish , but there are so many that they just swarm on the food and some are left out, whats the best way to go about feeding close to 4000...
I have a few thousand eggs i got on wednesday that were suppose to have a cold pack so I could refrigerate, but there was a mix up and they didnt come with one, so I had to hatch out all of them, well, they are already starting to hatch, but only about 100 out of the 3500 have hatched how long...
Has anyone seen or used this? I use the regular bulb for my bearded dragon and its great, its not as strong as a regular MVB, and they are suppose to last up to 18 months producing enough uvb. And once you buy the externally ballested kit, the replacement bulbs are only 40$. They have this lower...

Yeah, he was a full grown adult male, no idea of the age as he was wild caught, I have a female carpet as well as some of their eggs incubating that will hopefully hatch.

If you dont mind spending money, http://www.pro-products.com/promistproducts.html has a great mister, but for just one chameleon, a good drip system which you can make or get at petsmart, and handmisting a few times a day will be a lot cheaper.
Well I should have listened to heika, i thought the 3/8'' tees would fit the 3/8" tube and 1/4" tee to 1/4" tube, but thats the diameter of the tee, I ordered some 3/8" tubing and some 1/4" to 3/8" unions so ill just have to piece this thing together, still a lot cheaper then buying nozzles for...
I just got these nozzles and T's www.simplisticmisting.com and.... they dont fit the 1/4" tubing from the pro-mist tubes. I would get the 3/8" tees and some 3'8" tubing, but I think i will run into the same problem. Will 3\4 inch tubing fit onto the 1/4" connectors? how can I get these to work...
I was just wondering if heat lamps(60 watt) Get hot enough to burn through fiberglass screen? I want to put the lamp directly on it, but if it can cause a fire or something ill mount it off something.
