i have turned it down im usig i think a 5 uvb and she is a bit puffy and usually has her eyes closed and is not bothered by me

My yemen chameleon has been at the bottom of her tank for about 3 days and to my knowledge has not moved and is not eating she is really dark green and black and usually if i touch her with a single drop of water she would tell me to back off but now she just sits there i need URGENT help please...
