How should hand feed my 2 month baby veiled chameleon? it mostly eats fruit flies and some crickets and how do i get it interested in mealworms?

what should I feed a baby veiled chameleon from about 2-6 months. Are 1/4 inch crickets and 1/4 inch mealworms ok or are they to big for a baby. Is there anything else?
