Hi there, I am so confused about the % of uvb I'm supposed to be using. Seriously, half of my sources say 10.0 while the other half say 5.0. I don't know what to use! I've heard that the mesh helps filter out the UVB and so if you use a 10.0 you end up getting about 5% of what would be coming...
