I haven't had Dubia for nearly 4 months. Literally just a few hours ago I found a fully grown adult female in my room haha! I live in Scotland so it's almost always freezing here as well.
Also, make sure to drop the temp by 10F at night time :)
Try getting a digital thermometer as well, as the small plastic dial ones pet stores sell aren't accurate.
My cham will sometimes do this even after a big drink, and other times he won't drink at all during/after a misting. As long as your cham isn't showing any signs of dehydration, his humidity is correct, and he has access to water then I wouldn't be overly concerned.
P.s - after looking at the other pictures he looks really dehydrated also. If you would like I can e-mail you an extensive care sheet to help you? In short-term though he really needs a vet asap and needs hydration. Up his mistings and provide a dripper as well as trying a shower misting...
Your cham needs to get to the vets asap. It's covered in burns. Please have a look at the care sheets on the forum for advice on correct husbandry, lighting/heating etc. He will also need a much better diet than is being provided. Try avoid mealworms and go for more nutritional feeders that...

Stay away from mealworms and try going for nutritional feeders such as silkworms/butterworms/dubia roaches.
Silkwormstore.co.uk have some good nutritional values of different feeders on their website.
