I picked up a baby jacksons last week, I was told his is 12 weeks old. I don't believe this for a second seeing as he sits on my finger tip just nicely. From my experience raising my panther from a 3 week old, I have put him in a glass tank temporarily to help with the humidity levels. I...
Hi just asking for people's opinions on the komodo revitalive. I bought a Jackson's just over a week ago. He's gradually been getting ill. Constantly dark not eating so much and generally quite lethargic. A friend recommended this to me. I have managed to give him 2.5ml today and he seems to be...
So today in the UK was the reptile expo in Donny. I thought I'd check it out seeing as I'd never been before. Had no intention of buying but my wonderful other half surprised me with a Jackson's chameleon (he knew I'd always wanted one) so here he is. He's not a happy bunny right now but he's ha...
isn't he just!!! I've got to say my veiled never drank like this one. He loves his water!!! The picture of him balancing on a leaf about to shoot his tongue was for water too lol
Hi my little panther chameleon finally shed and is already showing some rather impressive blues and greens. I thought I would share these pictures because I think they're adorable!!!
Hiya following on from a previous thread I have a young redbar panther (4weeks now) is it possible to sex this baby I was told it is a male but I'm not so sure. I would appreciate your expert opinions on this for any idea!!
This is the best picture I've been able to get of the base of the tail.
Hi I was wondering if anyone was able to help me see wether my baby redbar is actually male. I know it's really difficult to tell but I would like to know your opinions
Thelse are the best pics I have showing the base of his tail...
How weird my veiled does exactly the same thing to red and black! It didn't occur to think wether it affected others in the same way I just thought he was being mardy lol
Hi he's in a small wooden viv for now the bulb is on the inside but I may be able to arrange putting the bulb on the outside... the bulb is lower wattage than a normal bulb lol it's a real pain when the thermostats break!! I've moved his favourite perch away from it into the parts where the temp...
My ridiculous thermostat has decided to pack up today and it's left me with a baby panther cham that could over heat!! I'm using a 40w bulb and around the basking spot it's reading around the 90s the cool end is ok but for some reason the little one keeps sitting too close to the basking area...
Oh my... that is quite a substantial batch!!! As cute and adorable a multitude of baby chams would be I think I would end up with a nervous disposition too haha!! What have you bred? If I survive raising this baby it's something I would love to do!
It's definitely a challenge, which I knew it would be! He's had a drink today and he's currently exploring and chasing the fruit flies around. I have a feeling he's a bit shy to eat if he has a big person face staring at him- I would be too lol
