ok, dont think he is stressed then lol. he doesnt hiss and the yellows are just small patches, he doesnt push more yellow then reds or greens. he eats well and i have seen him lick the branches so im sure hes getting water as well. he usually sits on his perch hanging out under his light. thank...
i have had mine for a couple of weks. really doesnt like me much, but has been slowly letting me closer without running from me, he has been coming to the front of his enclosure when i bring food as well. he usually just sits on his perch under the light staring at me lol

i have a buddy with 2 veiled chams. female is a little sketchy about being handled but the male will crawl right up your arm. may change tho, since he is only about 2 months old i believe. he may bring out the inner anger yet.

just noticed today that my chameleon has this prolapse problem, i only saw it once and it retracted very shortly after i saw it. called a vet, they said keep an eye on it. I have been feeding him larger crickets because he was destroying the small ones, and did not know this problem would occur...
