yea he's totally twisting a lot. it's amazing. i've never seen him puff up and move so much...he's pretty hydrated, but he did eat less this morning before the shed started.
they really are amazing animals <3 <3
My 6ish month old Panther Chameleon is going through his first shed since I got him. Is it normal for him to get super annoyed when he's shedding...I feel like he's trying to pull the pieces off. It's also his whole body that is shedding, not just in parts. he's definitely puffing up and opening...
He did it! I had it crawl on the sides of the enclosure where he was looking. He got interested after a while and Bam! He did kinda look confused once it was in his mouth though. He just kinda looked at me and then back at the worm half-way out of his mouth. Such a cutie!
I tried with meal worms, but he wasn't interested. Then I bought a couple silk worms and he just kinda looked at them and lost interest really quickly.
I tried to feed my 5 month old panther chameleon worms, but he wants nothing to do with them. I would really like to add variety in his diet, but he only wants crickets. What is the best way to get him to try other things?
