Agreed! Its a katydid. They should be just fine to feed to your cham. Some people say to snip or break off their sharp back legs if they are quite large (4" for the giant katydid.) The cilantro they were eating should be safe for your cham as well.

Gram em in the Trees! I live in MD, and in my experience, these insects hang out in the trees, it's where they eat, and make those annoying loud calls. =P If you know anyone that is into climbing trees, well... cicadas are about as dumb as they are loud (and large) and in my experience, one...
