Hello my cham has for a lump at the side just up from his mouth. It's not affecting his eating or drinking and is healthy otherwise. I took him to a vet but the specialist was on maternity leave so the vet that checked him over couldn't 100% say what it was - maybe a bite or trauma to the area...
