That ambilobe looks badly burned. He will most likely need a vet to combat infection. As for the nosy be, maybe bruising, but if its a burn, doesnt look too bad.
Chams are notorious for either being friendly, or shy. At just over 5months, I'm lucky and very happy to have a little guy that wants to come out at least once a day, and will eat from my hand while on the other. How is your chamwith handling?
